Were looking for someone to sublet for July and August. Lease ends in August 31, with the option to renew. We are willing to leave our bed, dresser and desk until end of lease.
This is a penthouse unit on Harrison Avenue (new building) in the South End- we have a city skyline view which is lovely. Its a studio but there are sliding doors that can be shut around the bedroom area. Lots of closet space! Bathroom is large and theres washer/dryer in unit.
We have a nest thermostat and because we are top unit we get everyones heat, our heat costs have been minimal this winter.
The building amenities include: - Dog park - Pool - Two level gym, with peloton bikes - Elevator - Front desk concierge - Grills and common areas (roof deck w skyline view) - Garage (no parking spot is included but you can buy that)
Theres also a CVS in the building and a bar called Shore Leave
Location is fantastic - right in the Ink Block, across from Whole Foods and a bunch of restaurants. Walking distance to Copley sq and the Broadway red line stop.
