We have twoo kind of rooms:


-single with shared bathroom $4,880.00 MXN

-single with privated bathroom $6,880.00 MXN





The bedrooms have the necessary furniture (bed, desk, closet, safe-deposit box, nightstand, sink)



The rent includes:



*weekly cleaning and change of linens twice a month.

*wireless Internet

*Water

*Gas

*Electricity

*Maintenance

*Night watchman

*24 hours assistance

*Roof garden

*Available bikes



**The laundry has an extra cost**



So you dont need to worry about housing! :)



In addition, we are sorrounded by museums, coffee shops, bars, banks, then we are located in a bohemian neighborhood in San Ängel in the south of Mexico City with accesss to public transport (Metrobús station Dr. Gávez 10 mins. walking and Metro station Barranca del Muerto 15 by bus and 10 walking to the ITAM)



Rent is paid by cash in hand, but to make your reservation.




**Please, keep in mind that the bank is gonna take money for the transfer, same you have to pay**
