My husband and I are opening up our apartment to sublet the remainder of the lease (11/1). We love living here and are really sad to leave.

Our apartment is an east facing unit on the 7th floor and offers panoramic views of the Chicago Skyline, feels more like condo living. The unit is a one bedroom plus den, its a very large unit that is able to accommodate a king-size bed and 2 dressers no problem. It has a large walk-in closet and a master bathroom. The den can be used as a small second bedroom or a home office across from the den there is a large second bathroom with tub/shower combo. The kitchen has granite countertops, top of the line Bosch appliances and a ton of cabinets for storage. Front load GE full sized washer and dryer & balcony.

The Hudson is located at the intersection of Chicago Ave and Hudson Ave. Its a block away from the Groupon building and only three blocks away from the Brown line, super close to get on 90/94 intersection.

The Hudson only a year old and has a boat load of amenities: Outdoor pool, Hot tub, Sundeck, cabanas, lounge chairs, fire pit, several grilling stations, Dog run and a community garden. Indoor Amenities: A fully equipped gym that includes towel service, a yoga room and dry sauna, dog washing station, game room with board games and shuffleboard, a full chefs catering kitchen with seating for fourteen people, full-service business center with both Mac and PC computers, a conference room.

They building has assigned parking for $275 & a large storage cage for $75.

The rent is $2531 INCLUDES lightning fast internet 500GB (up and down). Utilities average around $50 a month. The lease is up on 11/1/18 and after that point you would have the option to renew.
