Terraza Azul Dormitory and Residence Hall is a four-storey facility located along Xavierville Ave., Loyola Heights, Quezon City near premier schools in Quezon City such as Ateneo, UP Diliman, Miriam College, and culinary schools like CCA-Katipunan and ISHCAM.

We have 22 spacious rooms large enough to conveniently accommodate up to 4 guests in each room. The ground floor is a commercial area with a bank, a coffee shop, water refilling station, a laundry shop, and a business center.
