Our home is located in the historic Italian Market/ Bella Vista section of Philadelphia. Recently voted the #1 most walkable neighborhood on the East Coast by . The home is located on a wide alleyway and has a european feel. This home is in a very safe and convenient area, close to center city and all of the best hospitals so it is perfect for medical students and residents. The house is small but very cozy and inviting, all of the features of the home are custom designed and built by my husband and I. The first floor has a cozy living room with a brick fireplace and a comfortable leather sectional as well as a brand new kitchen with all new electrical fixtures.

The second floor has two bedrooms a full bath and washer and dryer.

The entire third floor is the master suite complete with a full bathroom with double sinks and makeup vanity, a small home gym and a bedroom.

The house does not get a ton of natural light but there is plenty of designer lighting throughout the house with new fixtures and dimmer switches.

My favorite thing about the house is the location and proximity to everything the city has to offer, I can go everywhere I want without ever getting in a car. We are less than a minute walk to world famous butcher shops, cheese shops, Italian restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries. Whole Foods and a few other convenience stores are about a 5 minute walk from the house. We are also walking distance to Center City, Washington Square, City Hall, the shops on Walnut St, Old City, Chinatown, Passyunk Square and much more. We are about a 12-15 minute drive from the airport and about a 15 minute walk to Jefferson Station. If you are looking for a place to stay that is central to everything and safe, this is the home for you.
