Hi, if you havent found a room yet, I have something that might interest you. I have a room for rent in my home for $375 a month with a $150 nonrefundable maintenance fee. All utilities are included with free WIFI. I will not run a credit check, just have some proof of secured income to pay the rent every month. The room is furnished with a full size bed, dresser, desk and chair, nite stand, lamp, and LED TV. The room also has a closet for your clothes. You will have to share the bathroom with 2 other roommates. The maintenance fee is nonrefundable cause it pays for cleaning of the bathroom, kitchen area, washing of dishes (you dont wash dishes), detergent and softener for washing your clothes is provided, you get a new pillow. I also have a home theater with stadium seating and a 100 in. screen for watching movies at times. I have a Jacuzzi, and a large above ground swimming pool with deck to enjoy in the summer. The house has a nice yard with fish pond and stream with waterfalls, and a terrace on top to chill out in the summer. Parking is in front of the house, first come first served. Fort Bliss is about 15 to 20 min. drive, depending on the traffic, using Montana and Global Reach with access to several entrance gates to the post. The house is in East El Paso close to Saul Kleinfeld and Montwood area.
