Weve been here since it opened four years ago and me, my husband, and both our dogs have loved it. (Theres a additional monthly fee of $20 for each pet.) Its a warm and welcoming community in sometimes chilly Minnesota! The dogs in the onsite dog park are really well-behaved and friendly, and its been great for our dogs to play and socialize. Plus, having a first floor walkout with our own yard and street access has been super-convenient on snowy nights, and for picnics in the summer too.
You can tell that Track 29 was the dream project of its owner/architect/designer. All the finishes, appliances, and fixtures are top-of-the-line and meticulously considered. Its really nice to live in a perfectly put together and well-thought out space. Its also fantastic to have one consistent maintenance person who makes same-day repairs whenever light bulbs need changing or smoke alarm batteries need to be updated. And the dogs love him too!
If youre from out of town, Uptown is a very fun, lively, social neighborhood. Some of the buildings in the area like Lime, Blue and Elan skew a little younger and can be a bit party-party sometimes. Track 29 tends to be a little more relaxed and most of the amenities shut down at 10pm so the building is nice and quiet at night.

Extremely satisfied 2-year Track 29 renter! Me: 30-something professional. No roommate(s). No dog. Living in Greenway building. Transitioning out of party scene so I enjoy the peaceful home environment while still having amazing access to all of the Uptown hot spots!
