The landlord and her apt are excellent. It was the first apt I ever rented in NYC when I moved there. I stayed in the place for 3 months, from June to August 2017. The landlord is very considerate, clean and easy to get along with. Compared to later experiences I had in the city, she is definitely among the best landlords you could ever have in the city and will make sure your stay is comfortable.
Sub-sublet this apartment for nine months, 2016-2017. It was a superb experience. First and foremost, this is possibly the cleanest living space in the entire city. Did not see a single bug or other critter the entire time. The living room is light and open, a great place to do work. Bathroom, kitchen both had everything I needed. My room itself suited me fine -- AC/heating kept it a reasonable temperature, quiet, enough space for all my stuff. Internet was fast and reliable.Landlady is excellent. Considerate, conscientious, friendly. Very respectful of my privacy. Location of the apartment is very convenient. Very close to multiple grocery stores, same block as a laundromat.I would strongly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to live in the area.
I had the room for nearly four weeks during my parents visiting in NYC. Nice and big apartment which are the same as shown in the picture really gave us a feel of home. Very nice and friendly landlord who helped us a lot during the the time we live together. I have no reason not to rate the experience as excellent. The landlord and I have become friends now, and I am sure that everyone who plans to have the apartment will become good friends with her.
