First tenant ever for this unit when building opened in 2016 and having to relocate due to my job so looking for someone to fulfill rest of lease term **Ends May 2018**There is an ability to renew with the leasing office at that point. Wonderful building, staff and location--will be sad to leave!

Also on a non-pet friendly floor so no dogs but cats are OK **In-unit washer/dryer **Floor to ceiling windows in both the bedroom and living room **This is a convertible unit but feels almost like a 1 bedroom
