The house is very close to ferry and Marmaray. It is 5min.so close to taksim 15min , kad The house is furnished.All white goods ( refrigerator,washing machine,dish washer,oven...etc) it has also Tv and unlimited internet(8mbs). 
The room is ready the incomer should get just own personal stuff so it is enough.
