Private Room with Private Bath available for a roommate to share common areas of a single home. Private Room/Private Bath is a suite located separate from the other Private suite. Common areas are the living room, Office area, kitchen, laundry room, patio and yard.
Private Room/Bath fully furnished includes queen bed, dresser, entertainment center w/small flatscreen tv and service, chair, etc., ceiling fan w/light, 3 closets, full bath with storage closet and under sink storage (additional small storage available in garage space permitted). NO personal appliances such as refrigerator permitted. NO BEDDING OR LINEN provided (tenant supplied) Laundry room is available but you provide your own laundry detergent needs.
Common area is fully furnished but you supply your own food, condiments etc. BBQ is supplied on furnished patio, but propane is cost-shared. Yard maintenance is supplied at NO cost to tenant.

I prefer a years lease...but will consider a 6 month lease.

An olympic size community pool w/lifeguards is within short walking distance as is tennis courts, and a 1.75 mile run complete with exercise equipment at strategic points along the way. Active community and has security provided by community. Well groomed community and HOA rules apply.

ALL BILLS are PAID which includes utilities and High Speed Internet and basic cable services. There is an attached garage, but you will park on the driveway or in front of the house on the street.

It would be imperative that we meet in a public place to meet and greet and get to know each other a bit prior to showing the house. A background check would be required, not interested in credit report per se...security is my concern therefore your ID would be necessary at the time of our public meet should we get to that point.
