​Monthly-Stay Requirements:
-Our terms and conditions be signed; for stays more that 1 month, a lease will need to be signed as well. 
-Reservations must be for an entire calendar month; for example June 1st-30th.
-A $1500 damage deposit be submitted prior to check-in. This damage deposit will be processed then refunded pending no damage occurs. Deposit will be returned within 14 days of the final cleaning taking place. Any damage in question would first be reviewed with tenant prior to deductions.
-Mid-stay clean(s) as well as cleaning at check-out take place by Two Casitas cleaning staff at tenants cost.
