Since 1999 I have spear-headed a community effort by facilitating affordable housing to students and entry-level professionals willing to consider housing outside of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.

We are a grounded, financially and emotionally stable household comprised of (2) - professionals: 42 y/o F Engineer | 29 y/o F Data Scientist; & (1) - retired 50 y/o Sr Law Enforcement Executive. Currently there are (2) co-ed apt-shares w/a total of (3) bedrooms avail.: (1) bedroom on the 1st Fl., 4-Bdrm/2-Bath Duplex for $1,575/Mo.; and (2) bedrooms on the 2nd Fl., 4-Bdrm/1-Bath walk-up ranging from $975/Mo. to $1,075/Mo. Bedrooms are fully furnished, rent includes:
1. Utilities (i.e. electricity, gas, heating, sewer, water);
2. FIOS Wi-Fi and cable TV (sports channels and some premium channels, i.e. HBO, Showtime);
3. Routine cleaning services and removal of general household refuse and recyclables of shared common areas;
4. Routine mail distribution (after 6p); and
5. Access to gated outside sitting areas (front and side yards) and a designated BBQ area.

If at this time you are seeking double-occupancy for you and a partner (or minor), unfortunately we are unable to accommodate you for the cheaper vacancies listed for the 2nd Fl unit. Double-occupancy (e.g. couples) places too much of a burden/hardship on the households resources. For this reason we are only considering single-occupancy of the furnished bedrooms in the 2nd Fl unit (meaning no more than 4 flatmates during tenancy).

First and last month rent, plus one (1) - month security deposit for all listed vacancies are non-negotiable (rent is prorated so you only pay for the days you actually have access to the property).
