Nice bedroom with a single bed, fully furnished with a chest of drawers, a desk and large closets. Three story house in a row home. You would have use of the adjacent bathroom that is shared with another student/tenant. There is wireless internet through out the house. The kitchen and laundry is also shared. We are all nice organized people. All utilities incl.

The house is located one block from the trolley that takes you to Penn (10 min. ride) and to center city. Walking distance from University of Penn (20-25 min), Drexel and USP. Penn shuttle stops a block away.
