Im looking to fill a private bedroom and bathroom at One12 Apartments, so that I can move in with a friend.
The kitchen and living room are shared with female roommates, but you get your own bathroom/bedroom. Right now, two Georgia State University female students (including myself) occupy the 4 bedroom apartment. We enjoy cooking, drawing, and sharing music together, and a lot of time here is spent studying.

Rent is $1000/ month and includes [all utilities/ wifi/ cable], [renters insurance ($10)] and [a parking pass ($90)]. If you do not want renters insurance and/or a parking pass, you do not have to pay for them!
The apartment is fully furnished and is walking distance to the GSU campus and MARTA. A washer and dryer are included in the unit. Residents have access to the buildings gym, swimming pool, game room, etc. The lease is not shared by roommates; rent is per individual.

Keep in mind that this is a lease takeover, not a sublease. You and a guarantor (parent, etc.) must sign the lease which ends in July 2017. You can be your own guarantor. Id like to turn over the lease by the end of October to mid November.
Youd have the option of renewing the lease with One12 Apartments once the lease is up in July.
