I am very happy to present you my house at the beautiful island of Crete. You can rent it for your summer vacation with your beloved people. It is 35 sq.m., airy, with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room- kitchen, 2 balconies, great view of the sea and the pool, air conditioning, fireplace, in good condition, construction of 95. It is a furnished house with summer style. The house includes towels, hair dryer, bed sheets, soaps, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, iron and many others. When you arrive in my house you will find my letter with my suggestions, a mini tour guide with my favorites places, beaches, restaurants, excursions, foods, etc.
The nearest sea is 2 mins away on foot, but there are many marvelous beaches 10-20 mins away by car, such as Erimoypoli, Palm beach Vai, Kouremenos, Makrigialos, Xerokampos, etc. The village is guarded by private security, and has 2 pools but they are open only for the summer season. One big pool and another smaller one for kids. There is a life guard who takes care the swimmers. There is a big free parking at the entrance of the village while the inner village is for pedestrian use. Only when you arrive you can enter with your car to unload your luggage. Your children will value it.
The house is settled in Dionisos Village 10 mins away from Sitia and 5 mins away from Palaikastro by car. Dionisos is a traditional village, located in the bay area of Sitia on the road to the famous palm beach Vai. The access from Sitia is easy and you can find there Cretan restaurants, super markets, banks, cafe bars, etc.
Sitia is a magic place with hospitable people, traditional events and delicious plates. It is a perfect place for travelers who want to spend their free time alternatively, near to the sea and the mother nature.
