FROM END OF JUNE! We have a double room with own bathroom and access to balcony to offer!! It is located one minute walking to MRT Guting station. Its located in a really nice area close to a lot of universities (like NTU;NTNU), there are a lot of groceries stores nearby, its 6min walking distance from Chiang Kei Shek memorial hall (and to the Revolver Bar), there is a McDonalds across the street and a lot of other restaurants and street vendors. Shida Night Market is 10 minutes walking distance. The room has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The room has a double sized bed with sheets, a table and a chair, a cupboard, a dresser and a little shelf. You would share the living room with 5 other really nice flatmates. The common area is cleaned by a cleaning lady once a week. There are also other rooms becoming free this summer if you look for something with more people. Our living room has a beamer, a flat screen, a PS4 and some kitchen utensils (fridge, freezer, microwave, water purifier, toaster and a kitchen stove for cooking). We also have a washing machine. We like to hang out there from time to time. :) The room can be either rented by for 16.000 NT or two people for 17.000NT including electricity, water and Wifi. All rooms have airconditioning :) The room has access to the balcony (if you are willing to climb out of the window - or just ask Jacob if you can use the door ;)) where you can hang the laundry :) Deposit is two monthly rents (32.000NT) but you will of course get it back! :) We will move out at the end of June, but dates are of course negotiable. You could stay long term or short term :)
