Amenities include: Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Keurig Coffee Maker, Internet, Cable, Stereo System, DVD Player, 2 LED/Plasma Televisions, Outdoor Gas BBQ, Patio Table and Chairs, Icebox and most of all it is Affordable. The condo is complete with linens, towels, kitchen items (microwave, toaster, blender and standard stock kitchenware). There is ONE NEW 18,000 BTU AC unit in the condo located in the bedroom. We have a full size blow up air mattress for extra guests. Rates are based on with extra fees per person per day, 4 guests maximum
