The condo is on beach and has all the services of a hotel and the privacy of an apartment. Beach service (when you arrive, you can ask in reception to have the department´s gazebo on the beach, together with the beach chairs, table and cots), Towel service for beach and swimming pool (free) , bar, swimming pool, kiddies pool, solarium, playroom (with treadmills, ping pong table, TV, lounge furniture, internet), green areas with gardens, lifeguard, parking space for 01 vehicle, 24 hours reception and security.

The apartment is equipped for 6 people, 121 square meters, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the best, the wonderful sea view and being in an exclusive beach.

In the main bedroom, we have a matrimonial bed, complete bathroom with tub in suite, and a small balcony with sea view (sleep two people)
In the second bedroom, we have two individual beds, a bunk bed (two more individual beds). Sleep four people.

Separated, there is another complete bathroom with tub.

In the living /dining room, there is a round glass table with capacity for 6 people, comfortable arm chairs /sofas, LCD flat screen of 42” with satellite TV service, and an important detail: there is high speed WiFi internet in all the apartment; internet that really works in the whole apartment. Besides, the condo has WiFi internet in public areas.

The apartment has a telephone line with unlimited local and international calls. It has an interphone that allows to get in contact with other apartments and the reception.

Each room has individual air conditioning with remote control and has ceiling fans.

The kitchen is integrated to the living /dining room, with a breakfast bar, microwave oven, refrigerator, blender, toast maker and kit
