This lovely 3 bedrooms semi- detached house is located in a beautiful little town called Nerja in the famous Costa del Sol just 50 km far away from the Malaga airport.
The urbanization where the house is placed has 2 swimming pools (responsibles and children), beautiful gardens with trees and grass and also a private car parking. It is a quiet area but not far away from the town and the beaches which are walking distance (around 15 min.). You have a bus stop and a corner shop near the urbanization.
The house has a sunny and bright entrance porch. On the ground floor there are a salon-living room with fireplace and a dining area, a toilet with shower, the kitchen with all household appliances (dishwasher and oven included) and also small appliances and a good courtyard with barbecue.
On the first floor you can find the 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
There is air conditioned in the salon-living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Also it has electric heaters for winter.
You will find the house clean and ready to live and also we supply the bed linen and towels for everyone who lives in the house.
