The room is basically furnished. It is 6 squarefeets and has a bed, library, extra shelves, desk and a chair. The wardrobe is outside of the room.

At the entrance there is a dining table and the fridge. In the kitchen; dishwasher, boiler, cooker, coffee machine, juicer, midi oven, all other equipments to cook and paddle.

Other stuffs;
vacuum cleaner, laundry hanger, hatstand, 16 mbps unlimited wi-fi, hot water. Blanket, towels, sheets, pillows, mattress.

I am no-partying at home kinda person. I would like to keep this flat peaceful and clean.

deposit is needed as one rent. the day you move in, is the day for rent.

Yel degirmeni is a growing area. There is lot of cafes, markets and to do things. And when you compare it to the other central places it is much cheaper. And if you also like to live among with old style bakery, markets and grocery stores in streets full of artworks, youll love it in here.

metrobus station is approximately 15 mins by foot
the ferries are 5 mins by foot also the buses and sharing yellow taxis
marmaray and the subway is 2 mins by foot. (e.g. Istanbul University takes 25 mins from home or Taksim 35 mins)
