I rent rooms inside a house. All the rooms have their own bathroom, closet, desk, chair and a full size bed. You can use the common areas such as the kitchen, laundry room and living room. The cost of the rent covers internet, cable, light, hot water and gas. The cost for each room (depend on the size of the room), is from US$200 to US$250 .There is no timetable of entrance or exit. You do not have to sign any contract nor guarantee. The house is situated 5 minutes walking from the UVM campus Coyoacán, 5 minutes walking from Textitlan or Vergel light train station. By car its 5 min to Aztec Stadium, 20 minutes to CU (UNAM), 15 minutes to TEC Monterrey. There are several stores , a drugstore, a stationary store really close, like 1 minute walking. It’s in a quiet and safety neighborhood.
