I am in day 6 of my stay. I go home tomorrow. I have to write this review as I have travelled quite a bit in the past couple of years and usually staying at peoples home as an economic option for a person on a budget. This studio is fully equipped. Everything you need. Air conditioner, small fridge, toaster oven, television with tons of channels and best of all, a very comfy bed. All is nice and clean.
The location is great as just a short 5 minute walk takes you to the buses and directly to the beach which is quite close. Bus will cost you $1.
Xandra and Jim are a semi retired couple that are simply wonderful and very accommodating people. They are kind and will help in any way.
My flight coming in was delayed for 4 hours and even though it was quite late, Xandra managed to pick me up from the airport and take me to pick up some groceries.
I am a smoker and although no smoking is allowed in the studio, there is a nice patio with chairs and lounger where they allow you to smoke.
I recommend this studio apt highly!
