These apartment is located on the Corner of Hislop and Nelson Street off of Ryan Street in San Juan, Trinidad. The neighbourhood is quiet, residential, yet conveniently located withing close proximity, to the supermarkets, fast food restaurants, fruit market, gyms, banks and public transportation (Eastern Main Road and the Priority Bus Route) etc. Within 15 minutes you will arrive in the countrys capital Port of Spain.

Parking is available outside the compound, our guest and tenants usually park their vehicles there and all goes well. Apart from the Police station being a few streets away, we also have security cameras on the compound so our guest feels quite safe and comfortable.

This apartment contains two bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, toilet and bath, indoor laundry room, and private back balcony. The apartment is fully tiled, and has hot/cold water. The bedrooms are fully air conditioned and contains two queen size beds, closets, quilts, etc. The living room contains a sofa, love seat, single chair, theater chairs, flat screen television, radio, cable and WiFi internet. The dining area has a table with seating for six. The kitchen which is fully equipped has a refrigerator, stove, utensils, dishes, cutlery, toaster oven, teak kitchen cupboards. The laundry area as a washer, dryer and the main highlight is its private balcony which has a beautiful view especially at nights.

Rental price is fixed US$100 per night for the which can accommodate a maximum of four persons. Monthly rental price is fixed at US$1700 per month.
