The third floor contains an over sized bedroom with a king bed and a daybed (twin sized) that can accommodate children or another responsible. The third floor also has a full bath with shower for two.

WiFi, cable and two parking spaces are all included. Parking is available immediately outside the unit or inside the gated parking area (accessible by the provided remote control).

Beds are made with top quality minimum 400 thread count cotton sheets and four quality pillows. Kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances (gas range, stainless Samsung french door refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.) and fully stocked with flatware, dishes, pots, pans and standard utensils. Of course, there is a coffee maker (and locally roasted coffee), toaster, microwave and hand mixer.
