HOUSE RULES:
- Guests are kindly asked to maintain a reasonable level of noise after 22.00
- Additional fee for late check-in - after 22.00: 20 euros
- Additional fee for late check-out - after 11.00: 20 euros
- Two sets of keys are delivered at check-in. 150 euros will be charged for each set of keys not returned at check-out.
- Security deposit: from 150 to 500 euros, depending on the duration of the stay.
- Wi-Fi: the guests will be solely held responsible for the use of the Internet access.
- Cleaning policy: on a weekly basis, free of charge. An additional housekeeping/cleaning service can be arranged upon request, at the guest’s expense.
