Had a great experience with this landlord. Very quick to respond to communication and accommodating if there was ever an issue. He really cares about what he does and makes sure his tenants are satisfied. On top of that, he was always very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend renting with him. I lived in a studio apartment that was clean and nicely furnished. The building and street were quiet but a quick walk from the center of downtown. Great landlord in a great location.

Perfectly located! 5 minute walking distance from subway (green, red), north station, Faneuil Hall Marketplace. 10 minutes walking distance from North end and 20 minutes from back bay. Everything is at walking distance! Just few stops (red line) for cambridge and brookline.
I spent 2 months in one of the studios and 2 months in a 2 bedroom apartment. Both well furnished and equipped. Landlord nice, kind, helpful, always available: the best landlord I might have ever met!
