The spectacular golden beach of Salout is less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment and one can find all the necessary amenities close by. In the summer, there is even a 24 hour supermarket in the building next to the complex.

The property is part of a complex with a large pool, a childrens pool and spectacular gardens where children meet after they return from the beach for a swim and play in the park. There are also numerous bus stops within a short walk giving easy access to all the local attractions such as the Port Aventura Theme park, Aquopolis Water and Dolphin Park & The Costa Caribe Water Park just to mention a few.
