Oh, and there is a parking space included as well (a rare thing in Tel Aviv). The parking space belongs to this apartment and is right next to the building. No 5-minute walk to a parking lot, just go downstairs to your parking space.

This 2 bedroom comfortable apartment is located in a building with an elevator, only a 2 minute walk from the best beaches in the city. It has all the amenities for a pampering stay:

Fully equipped kitchen, ready with all the appliances (microwave, full-sized oven, kettle, refrigerator/freezer, gas 4-top stove), COFFEEMAKER (a real one, not just a kettle; hard to find in Israel) dishes and utensils needed for cooking and serving.

Nice washing machine and dryer in the apartment.

The option of having a beautifully designed, cool tile floor for warm seasons or ask us to place the hand-made, embroidered, rugs that are stored in the apartment on the floor for keeping cozy in the wintertime.

The only extra charge is for electricity. We read the meter together when you check in and check out, and it is visible to you at all times. Its the same rate that Israelis pay at 70 agorot per kw/h. Most October-May bills are about $1-2/day. June-September bills are about $2-5/day. It really depends on how much you use the air conditioning.
