The apartment is located on the third floor of a beautiful house, not far from the marina Lučica. It is pretty new decent and good equipped apartment, a mix of tradition and modernity. It has tree air conditioner with fresh air blowing. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary for a comfortable stay, like kitchen utensils and accessories, refrigerator with ice maker/ freezer, microwave, dishwasher, hairdryer, washing machine, radio, TV, satellite TV, DVD player, HI-FI, iron, ironing board, kettle, cot and safe on request. Apartment is cleaned every 7 days, if the customer wants additional cleaning it can be arranged. Towels are changed every 3 days. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, in one room there is one single bed, in second room two single beds, and in third room one double bed, if necessary the guest can use also the sofa as additional bed. The living room has a fireplace, for the complete comfort. But if you visit this apartment in the winter you can use also the central heating. In the bathroom you can find Turkish sauna, for relax after a long and exhaustive day. The house is situated 100 m from the sea not far from the marina Lučica, in the part of Split, called Spinut. Not far from the apartment is the wood park Marjan where the guest can take long walks in the evening. 500 m from the apartment is the town centre, where you can visit all the monuments of Split, like Diocletian’s Palace, landmark of St. Dominic, Perislil, Temple of Jupiter and many others that has to be visited while your stay in Split.
