I stayed with my family at this nice house from late May to early August 2014, to a total of 70 days. It was a very good experience.

Besides the house being very well maintained, it is located one block from subway lines 2 & 5 (it takes 25 minutes to get to Downtown Manhattan). There is also a B & Q subway lines station 4 blocks in southwest direction.
You have in the neighborhood two supermarkets of average quality, some laundromats, fast food stores and small drugstores.

As to the fun side of your stay, you will be at a walking distance from Brooklyn Botanic Garden, from Prospect Park, from Brooklyn Zoo and Brooklyn Museum.

The owners are friendly and are often taking care of it. If something breaks, after being informed, they quickly fix or replace it.
They usually welcome the guests with some juice and fruits in the fridge, what is very handy at late hours or until you get organized in the house.
In my case, they reserved a special attraction: a brand new Keurig coffee machine, with one box full of capsules.
They also gave me advices about places to go, how to get there, etc.
I do recommend this townhome and this landlord.

We stayed at this condo for about 10 days. Very clean, nicely decorated and well kept up. Subway station quarter mile from the front door. Very convenient. Nice backyard with tables and chairs. We were able to have a nice, big family bar-b-que for 18.

Landlords very professional. Walk through inspection took place as soon as we arrived. We appreciated this because we able to go over any areas where minor damage was noted in advance so as to avoid misunderstandings later. Any concerns (couldnt find ironing board, ice maker didnt work, etc.) we had were immediately addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. Their intentions were very clear. They were going to live up to their end of the agreement and ensure that we were completely satisfied with the accommodations. They did that.

At the end of the stay, another walk through was promptly performed and deposits were refunded immediately. No last second tricky business where deposits are held and not given back.

Strongly recommend this rental. Landlords are, as mentioned earlier, professional, responsive, very personable, and of high moral character.
