Independent, spacious BEACHHOUSE with own entrance and 80 m2 roof terrace, situated in a quiet location in the small, modern village New Pori at the foot of Mt. Olympus & Ossa, directly at one of the largest, broadest sandy beaches of Greece. Direct beach/sea-view plus a wonderful view at the Olympus (sunsets). Supermarket, shops, restaurants etc. near by and others in the village/next village. Picturesque mountain villages, green forests & mountain gorges and many other sights in the Region.
A simply, but fully furnished house for 2-8 people with 3 bedrooms. Sleeps maximum 8(2 sleeping couches), 3 bathrooms (incl. one small shower/toilet on ground floor), spacious kitchen with breakfastcorner for 4, adjacent diningroom for 6-8.
The house is situated just 30 meters from the beach. It consists of a 2-story building. The main appartment is on the first floor
Ground-floor with a large shaded parking/playground, main entrance and toilet/shower plus the marmor staircase leading to the 1st floor, with the main hall, and on the left a spacious living room (7x7m) with sea view plus the kitchen with double sink, double fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven/grill, coffee maker, toaster, water-heater etc. On the right hand of the hall 2 large, double-bed bedrooms with closet, 2 bathrooms with shower, washbasin, toilet, and 1 washing machine. All rooms have AC and direct access to the 35 meter long balcony along 3 sides of the house.
On the 3rd stock there is an extra bedroom with 2 beds + AC plus a 80m2 roof terrace with a wonderful view at the beach, the mountains and even Halkidiki on the other side of the bay.
