Its easily accessible by subway and tram and is within 5 minute walking distance from the metro stop Rosenthaler Platz and stops of tram lines M1, M8 and 12.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building and accessible by elevator. Its equipped with modern appliances including: clothes washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. Bedding and bath towels also provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4 elements electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, stove top espresso maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, cutlery, dishes and glassware.

The bedroom includes a king size bed (180x200cm) with LED night lights, a fold-down couch equivalent to a double sized bed (140x200cm) and a 40-inch flat screen TV.
