This cute rustic brick home is in one of the most desired areas of Spokane, Washington! It is located on the east South Hill below Lincoln Heights and near the charming little artsy area called the Perry District. Here you can easily walk or ride the bikes to visit a few quaint restaurants, bars, shops, the market, a park, and even a yoga studio.

Everything you need is within a 5 to 10 min drive in all directions. Up the hill to 29th Ave is where you will find the most common amenities needed. Two of my favorite places are, the South Hill Grill, and the natural foods market, Trader Joes. Further up the hill to 37th is Ferris High School in the Ferris School District.

There are several large hospitals just a short 10 min drive through the back roads or using the I-90 freeway. Their names are Providence, Sacred Heart, Deaconess, Shriners Childrens, VA Medical Center, St. Lukes Rehab, and several other medical facilities. Gonzaga University (famous for the Bulldogs basketball team), and many other colleges are also nearby.

Spokane (Spoke-Ann) has a phrase know as, Near Nature, Near Perfect! Yes, it is very fitting as one can experience the best of both worlds within minutes and miles of each other all with minimal traffic! You have the big city with lots of culture, concerts, restaurants, bars, shops, dept. stores, museums, festivals, sports, and other events that keep the calendar booked all year. The Spokane International Airport is quiet, and about 15 mins away.

For the active, sporty, or nature lover this Inland Northwest area has it all! Skiing, hiking, biking, boating, fishing, rafting, rock climbing, horseback riding, camping, golfing, sightseeing, etc etc, and for a different kind of activity there are several casinos in the outer lying areas. There are approximately 76 lakes in Spokane county, not to mention the 1200 plus named lakes in north Idaho which the border is just over 20 miles away. The famous Coeur d Alene, Idaho lake, resort,
