THE PLACE:
- Unfurnished ...well-lit private room in a newly remodeled 3BR family house! Everything is new and clean. Have your own room key and front door key.
- Built-in closet with large mirrored-doors, ample storage space, and full organization system!
- Shared new bathroom with just one other renter.
- Shared new kitchen with brand new appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher) and supplies (pot, pans, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, etc.)
- Central heating/cooling.
- Hardwood floor throughout with a fireplace.
- New washer & dryer in the garage renter bring their own detergents/supplies.
- Parking available: driveway or street.

TENANT ACCESS:
Kitchen/dining area, bathroom, garage, living room, and large patio/backyard!

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking, no drugs, no weed
- No parties or hosting events
- No pets
- Quiet hours: 11PM 7AM
- Light cooking preferred. Assigned cupboard/fridge area.

SUBLEASE AGREEMENT: 6-month

We re a family with only 2 of us actively living in the house. This is a new, clean house with plenty of open spaces; and wed like to keep it this way.
