Im moving out this summer and I was hoping to sublease my room. The townhouse is set up so you walk in on the middle floor with the kitchen and living room and there are two bed/baths upstairs and my bed/bath is downstairs on its own with its own living room and the washer and dryer are down there as well for easy access. Its very private and the roommates are respectful but only one will be around every so often. The rent is and then utilities but theyre usually never more than However, with only one-two people using utilities itll be less. Directly across from the clubhouse with full access to a pool, computers/printer, gym, only 8 minutes to the school and theres a bus that comes every day right around the corner.
