I will be moving back home for the summer and I need to sublease my apartment from May- July 2016. I will be subleasing my 1 bedroom/bathroom in a 4 bedroom/bathroom apartment at University Trails. Although I live in 4/4 I only have 1 roommate, so there are only 2 of us in the apartment and we have so much extra room! The luxury apartment includes cable, washer/ dryer in the apartment and trash removal. The rent includes utilities with a $35 cap, that I bearly go over every month. The apartments are gated and security walks around around at night. Parking is free and I always find spots in front of my apartment. I love living here!
