I stayed at Joyces house during a short term job I had in DC last year, and I had a wonderful time living with her, Tracker (her cute little Yorkshire) and the beautiful, surrounding Capitol Hill neighborhood. I spent the six months of my stay just like in home. Joyces house is cozy and big enough to give each of its inhabitants a lot of space (if the weather was good I used to grill a lot in the backyard..which is a great place to stay during summer-fall) and Joyce always maintain it very neat and tidy. Joyce is a charm. A very jovial, sociable person who lives life with optimism and good humor. Also being steps from Eastern Market, the Capitol and the Mall is a real treat highly recommended if it is (like mine), ones first time spending so much time in DC. The house is three blocks away from Eastern Market Metro station, which along with a lot of buses that have its stop right there, makes it totally connected with every interesting place of Washington. In sum, I rate my experience living in Joyces house as one of my greatest experiences of my life in DC. Julia
