My husband and I enjoyed our stay on North Palm Drive. The location was excellent. I walked to Rodeo Drive, Robertson Blvd. and the Beverly Center easily. I could walk to Ralphs in five minutes and to Bristol Farms which is the best gourmet food market in Los Angeles. The apartments are in a pretty, tree lined section of Beverly Hills. The building was an older stucco multi dwelling unit, sunny, nicely furnished even with a small eat in table in the kitchen. The bathroom and kitchen tiling was old and definitely could use some updating but all the appliances were modern and the furniture was comfortable and well placed. The landlords were most accomodating and if I needed something I couldnt find, I got it as soon as possible. Anything that needed fixing was fixed that day. All in all this was a good value and an excellent place to stay.
