Tenant Reviews of Landlord 281880

The landlord seemed very nice. The unit (really a duplex, the lower half with the landlord living upstairs) was nice but too small for our needs. No where to set up a grill, you arent allowed to have plants outside. For someone with a physical disability, the path to the front door could be dangerous. There is a large area that the bricks have come up, and therefore a wide area that could pose as a tripping or fall hazard. No where to store bicycles.....actually, no storage at all for seasonal items. Too much furniture inside unit, and furniture was rather large for the space. The carport was a plus (1 car), as beach parking is often times difficult during high season. There is no room for negotiating any of your own furniture for this unit.
