Why run Employment Reports on tenants?
Employment reports on tenants are very important to landlords and renters as it can provide some key information about a tenant. Employment reports can verify past work employers that a tenant has worked with. It can help determine if the tenant currently has a job and if they will be able to make their rental payments, utilities or other costs involved with the rental. They can also provide some information about the tenant and any positive or negative experiences they may have had with past employers. Eviction reports can help verify a tenants employment history including when they started working there, when they ended, if they are currently employed there, their salary and additional comments for their time of employment. When running employment reports, the tenant must be able to provide the former employees names and contact information for verification. What are your thoughts about Employment reports?
