High ceilings, built-in crown molding, three responsible fireplaces, walk-in bay windows, new carpeting, paint, stainless steel kitchen appliances (Viking stove), a large 65 LCD TV, jacuzzi bath, Tempur-pedic mattress. There is a large redwood deck and washer and dryer. A parking space is available in front of the garage, and the building is located conveniently close to both Muni (1 and 1/2 blocks walk) and Bart (5 and 1/2 blocks walk) and a short ride to Downtown San Francisco.

The apartment can accomodate people, is completely furnished and freshly stocked with towels, linens and cooking utensils.
It is available to rent the month ($5900). Willing to discuss a slightly reduced rate for multiple months.
