Whether you are relocating to Hawaii and in need of temporary accommodations OR if your business travel takes you to Honolulu OR if you would like to get away from cold Canadian winters for several months, enjoy your stay at one of our privately owned fully furnished studio apartments (360 sq ft) - perfect home away from home for a party of two. Our studio units offer all the comforts of your home with style at a very reasonable price. All apartments have been remodeled and redecorated. The studios have a spacious lanai with a table and 2 chairs.

Enjoy COMPLIMENTARY local phone service and wireless Internet. All utilities (water, electricity, garbage and Cable TV are INCLUDED as part of the base rental fee.) Each studio comes with queen-size bedroom set, reclining chair with ottoman, dining table, coffee table, window AC unit and 32 LCD TV.

The kitchenette includes full size refrigerator, built-in cook-top and microwave. For your convenience we also offer coffer maker, water kettle, toaster, rice cooker, blender, mixer, china, silverware, various pots and pans.

The following amenities are located on the recreation sun deck on the 5th:

Beach towels and chairs are available to take to the beach (provided by the owner free of charge and can be found in the apartment.) Hilton Hawaiian Village and Hale Koa resorts with public beach access are located across the street. One time cleaning fee is (for rentals 45 nights or less) and for rentals 46 nights or more. Security deposit is Full pre-payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be done via check, PayPal, Credit Card, wire transfer or Venmo. Parking is NOT included; however, upon confirmed booking you will be provided with 3 nearby parking options. Rates are adjusted seasonally December 1 through March 31, and all rentals are subject to 14.962% tax. No resort fees, and no other hidden fees.
