My experience with this landlord was not just excellent but exceptional. The sublet was in a prime location, quiet building, nice, clean, neat and spacious. I absolutely loved living here for 30 days and would gladly return. Even more, the landlord is kind, fair, and accessible. Someone booked the apartment sometime prior to my moving into the apartment. If this would not have occurred, I would have requested to stay for a longer time. Definitely a wonderful place to stay with a kind, fair, and attentive landlord.
