Our 2 bedroom apartment is nestled on the second floor of a beautiful brickstone on the Clinton Hill/Fort Greene border. There are ample places to lounge and relax, a projector for watching movies, washer/dryer in unit, and a small outdoor landing for getting morning sun on your face and listening to the birds. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has a lofted full bed and a toddler convertible crib. Toddler toys can be left in the space if you so desire or cleared out if not useful.

The kitchen is fully equipped with every spice you could ever need, an antique stove, microwave, toaster oven, and Berkey water filter.

Transportation: 10 minute walk to the Clinton-Washington G train, 15 minute walk to Q, B, and R trains at Dekalb and C at Lafayette, Citibike station at corner!

Neighborhood Vibes: Fort Greene is a vibrant neighborhood known for its tree-lined streets, charming boutique businesses, and incredible restaurants and bars. The iconic Fort Greene Park, a mere 5-minute walk away, offers a peaceful retreat from the urban environment, hosting the farmers market on Saturdays.

Cat Sitting: The sublet includes one independent black and white tuxedo cat. He goes to the bathroom outside (has a built-in cat door in one of the windows to the back) and has an automatic feeder, so very minimal maintenance in that realm. He needs some brushing, likes heavy petting, jumping for feathers, and cuddles. All food and feathers will be provided.

We are a family of 3 who work in film, performance, and mental health. We think of our home as a true oasis and hope to share that energy with others who treat it as their own. The owners, who are family, live downstairs, so there is a lot of care in the building. We are the tenants and will showing the apartment ourselves.
