Looking for a subletter for apartment at 1306 8th Street NW 20001. This is a basement apartment in the middle of Washington D.C. This sublet is for the master bedroom with its own bathroom. My current roommate is male. Apartment is furnished but bed room is not furnished. This space is near all major amenities, a grocery store down the street and a gym across the street.
