We are subletting our entire spacious, top-floor duplex unit from mid-July through the end of October (dates flexible). Features include:

- 5 minute drive to downtown Walnut Creek

While were gone for these 3 months, we are willing to leave all, some, or none of our furniture depending on your preferences. The rent is $2,400 per month + utilities. The security deposit is $1,000.
