Apartment with one bedroom, one bathroom, open kitchen, and large living room. We currently use the living room as a second bedroom and it works perfectly. One subletter is currently staying in the living room. Elevators to get up to the apartment floors. Large floor to ceiling windows let in beautiful light during the day facing the west, so plenty of light all day. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment, as well as a dish washer. Currently furnished using both the bedroom and living room as a bedroom. The bedroom furniture needs to stay, but the living room furniture can be left for you or taken out depending on your needs. The apartment has hardwood floor and plenty of closet space. There is wifi in the apartment. Utilities are paid through the building, but not included in the rent (usually around 80 a month), and the electric is paid separately (109 a month). The space is very clean with plenty of floor room. Once again, it is currently furnished as two bedrooms using both the bedroom and the living room. The neighborhood is very nice. Pretty quiet for the city and very open. Lots of greenery around and plenty of nearby restaurants to walk to. There is a grocery store attached to the building, and a CVS a block away. Plenty of parks nearby to walk to, and it is only two blocks from the water, with a beautiful view of New York City. The apartment building is on the North East corner of Greene St and Sussex St. Very short walk to the Exchange Place Path train to take you to the World Trade Center Station within 5 minutes. I am a college student, and have left the apartment for the summer. I am looking to return at the end of August to continue the lease with a new roommate. We are looking for someone to sublet the bedroom for the summer months that we are away (Late May/June through August). Start/end dates are somewhat flexible.
