I am subletting the master bedroom in a 2-BR/2-BA apartment in beautiful Avondale, Chicago. The apartment is located at 2609 West Belmont, just a short walk from the CTA (with a bus stop right out front!) and is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and shops.

The apartment is spacious and has hardwood floors throughout, a private balcony, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishwasher, luxurious glass showers with marble tile, and IN-UNIT WASHER/DRYER. The bedroom is unfurnished but the common areas (living room, kitchen, etc) are fully furnished. These common areas will be shared with a male roommate. The building also features a rooftop patio, 24/7 fitness center with modern equipment, and gated access.

Rent is $1250/mo and it is available from June 1st to August 31st, with an option to renew for 12 months. Applicants must apply online and meet the following criteria:
credit score 650 or higher, monthly income is at least 3 times the monthly rent, complete a landlord verification if applicable, and pass credit/background check. This background check is completed by the property management company FPS rents.
