The room is on the first floor and there are 2 other bedrooms on the 3rd floor so this room has complete privacy. There is a walk-in closet and plenty of other storage in the room including a dresser and storage under the bed. There are towels for both the bathroom and beach provided.

All utilities will be included including water, gas, electricity, Wifi, and trash. The kitchen and living room area (2nd floor) is fully furnished and open for use. The washer and dryer are located in a closet on the 2nd floor as well.

We are located next to a ton of places such as grocery stores, fitness studios, restaurants, bars, convenience stores, etc. Although we are only blocks away from these conveniences, we are still in a more quiet area of Pacific Beach. Its about 3 blocks from Kate sessions park which overlooks the entire city and a great place to relax and read.
